These portraits are the result of an incredible trip that I took to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. My wife and I flew there to photograph and visit our friends, the Atwaters. They are such a wonderful couple, and I thank them for the fantastic opporunity to create their portraits!

I wanted to share the final results with you. I photographed their daughter's family on the same trip. I will share their portrait soon!

This stunning mountain retreat is an important part of the Atwaters' lives, and they decided it would be the perfect place to have their portraits created. The mountains and the water are very dear to them. I wanted to capture the special relationship that they have with this peaceful, beautiful spot. How cool is it to have the Grand Tetons in the background of your portrait? What is important to you and your family? Maybe your next portrait should be done in a unique location.
